Red panda
The red panda is a weird animal and is found is a mammal native to the
eastern Himalayas and southern China. It is a very rare animal.
It is an endangered species. The Red
panda has reddish-brown hairs on its body and a long shaggy tail. It is
approximately the size of a domestic cat. It is also called the
red bearcat or the red cat –bear. The red panda is the last species of the genus
Ailururus and the family Ailuridae
. It eats eggs, birds, bamboo and insects, etc.
The Range of Red Panda;
The
Red Panda is present in the forest of Himalayas and in the foothills of Western Nepal to China.
